In this session learn how to reduce the chances of litigation regarding charitable gifts and other planning through proper diligence, disclosure, conflict management and waivers. Also learn important practices to follow if planning results in litigation in any event. Presenter has extensive planning experience and experience representing charities and fiduciaries in contested trust and estate matters.
Parking will be available in the University Business Center parking lot. After the meeting will be our wine and cheese idea exchange. Beverages and appetizers will be provided.
