FPA Central California is looking for volunteers!

United Way is recruiting professional financial planners as volunteers for theirSparkPoint Centers. Volunteers will work with individuals who are working on bettering their financial future. Most will never have the opportunity to get the support and coaching they need to achieve long-term financial stability. With your help, United Way's SparkPoint Centers can change that.

SparkPoint Centers are family-friendly places where low-income people can access a full range of services to help them get out of poverty. Each SparkPoint client works with coach, who helps create a step-by-step plan to set and achieve personal financial goals. Volunteer opportunities are available with only a small commitment of two hours on THURSDAYS from 2pm-4pm. Located at United Way of Fresno County: 4949 East Kings Canyon Road; Fresno, CA 93727

Volunteers needed on the following dates:

  • June 30th
  • July 14th
  • August 11th
  • August 25th
  • December 29th
