Thanks to StarChapter.com for assisting us in the launching of our new website.  Ryan Felps, Kelly Bishop, and their StarChapter team have been great partners in this endeavor.  As you can imagine, there is a lot of work involved getting this launched.  They have signficantly eased our burden.

That said, as Karen Carpenter once sung, "we've only just begun", and there are more improvements to come.  Some of the areas may look a bit sketchy or incomplete, but they will get filled-in as time marches on.

I am very pleased that we have moved to on-line registration capabilities.  After registering on this website, you still must mail a check to Ken Meyer CPA (treasurer).  The Board is exploring the costs/benefits to paying by debit/credit card (hooray!).  A lot of people have been asking about that.  (Hope you can add to your air miles while paying for our FPA meeting fees.)

Another great feature:  you will be able to update your own "membership information" (change of address, telephone, email address), AND it will automatically get forwarded to FPA National.  How sweet is that?  And if you want to look up a member, you can simply go to the Membership tab, and use the SEARCH box for quick access.  (You can try this out by typing "mark" in that box, and see who pops up!)

As I've said, we still have more updating to do:  archiving old newsletters, online credit card payments, and many other things.  I encourage you to regularly visit and surf your local FPA website!
